After a year of work, county OKs new marijuana rules
New cannabis grow rules are officially on the books in Ouray County, as commissioners on Tuesday passed on second reading an ordinance governing facilities in unincorporated territory that will take effect Oct. 1.
The ordinance did not go through without discussion of the item, which had a first reading on Aug. 2 that was continued until Aug. 16.
