The Ouray City Council asked for more information before deciding whether to fund a request for $100,000 from the Home Trust of Ouray County to purchase an apartment building on Fourth Street.

Executive Director Andrea Sokolowski told the council she hopes to buy the six-unit building, which is listed for sale for $1.3 million, in order to keep the rents low and prevent displacing the current tenants.
