County closes in on new pot rules
For more than an hour Tuesday afternoon the voice of a British robot filled the commission room at the Ouray County Courthouse, reading aloud a 16-page ordinance governing marijuana grow facilities that commissioners passed at a first reading continued from Aug. 2.
