A proposed marijuana grow operation has filed a request to dismiss its lawsuit against the county, which claimed the county wrongfully denied its application to operate here.

Alpengrow LLC and Flower Management LLC had applied to grow marijuana at the Bar C Ranch property on Citadel Drive, between Ridgway and Ouray.
