Ridgway paves way for housing
Construction could begin as early as this week on Ridgway’s newest affordable housing project, after the town council unanimously approved it Aug. 3 with some variations from the town code, and agreed to waive $168,000 in water and sewer tap fees.
Paul Major, the former Telluride Foundation CEO who is leading the project, said construction is expected to start soon on the Yellow Brick Lane development after approval of its preliminary plat and planned unit development application.
