Dear Editor: Last week the records of the sexual assault trial involving defendant and Red Mountain Brewing owner John Warren were sealed, at the request of the defense, basically erasing the evidence forever. This finale, in keeping with other aspects of the case outlined below, highlights how our flawed judicial system protects the defense at the expense of the victim and our community’s safety.
