Dear Editor: Once again, the Ouray County commissioners have demonstrated their hostility to county citizens and citizen input. A county citizen, Richard Wojciechowski, presented the commissioners with a very detailed and well-thought-out proposal to add badly needed deputies to the Ouray County Sheriff’s Office.
