County to spend COVID money on master plan

Ouray County plans to spend up to $60,000 of federal COVID-19 relief funds on a master plan process, and an undetermined amount of money on future facility planning and site preparation.

They also discussed spending money on final engineering for the County Road 17 crossing at Corbett Creek, but said they needed more information from County Administrator Connie Hunt about the ultimate cost for that project.
