Dear Editor:

I was in the courtroom for much of the recent trial in which John Warren, owner of Red Mountain Brewery, was acquitted of sexual assault. I watched the victim’s testimony and much of the defense. As is so often the case where substance is involved, the accused found safe haven under the shelter of “reasonable doubt.”
