Students ace first responder training
Ouray Superintendent Tod Lokey lay on the floor of a classroom, pretending he’d been in a medical emergency.
In one scenario, he played a patient who’d fallen down the stairs with a possible concussion; in another, he was assigned to be an unconscious person in a motorcycle crash.
