The Ridgway Planning Commission told developers of a mixed-use development with more than 60 units to come back with a different plan, citing concerns about apartments next to Highway 550, water use and other design issues.

They also voted unanimously to recommend the Town Council approve a revised sketch plan and preliminary plat for the Yellow Brick Lane affordable housing project, proposed by the Telluride Foundation.
