Ridgway board to consider 3 large developments
The Ridgway Planning Commission will consider applications for a 40-acre subdivision, a mixed-use project with 52 residential units and a restaurant with a rooftop pool, and an in-progress affordable housing project at their May 31 meeting.
If approved and built as proposed, the three projects combined would add 86 housing units to the town, which had 629 housing units counted in the 2020 U.S. Census.
