Ouray County commissioners denied two separate marijuana cultivation applications last week after a long hearing process stretching across two days.

Brian Tannenbaum applied for two licenses for the Bar-C Ranch property on Citadel Drive, located just off Highway 550 between Ridgway and Ouray.
