Left, Justin Beserra competes in the 300-meter hurdles on May 14 at the Tiger Invitational meet in Grand Junction. Beserra placed 7th in the finals and set a personal record in the preliminary race. The boys’ team placed 10th overall, with the boys’ 4×400 relay team setting another school record and winning first place. The boys’ team is headed for the state championship meet this weekend in Lakewood.
