Let’s make sure the local arts scene remains robust

Last Friday, an exceptional event took place at Ridgway’s Sherbino Theater. “Death of the Pugilist” was magnificent. In fact, I would go as far as to say that, for me, it was the finest performance I have seen at the Sherbino Theater, ever!
It was somewhat disappointing to see the theater filled to only about half-capacity. It deserved a full house. This was an incredibly high-caliber performance, as many performances are in our local arts scene.
