County OKs Log Hill townhome development

Ouray County commissioners approved a final development plan for 14 duplexes on Log Hill Tuesday, after adding a condition clarifying short-term rental regulations for the property.

Badger Trail Townhomes, LLC plans to build a total of 28 units on seven lots over the next two to four years on North Badger Trail, north of the Divide Ranch clubhouse.
