Pay to play is unfair
Dear Editor:
Last week’s County Road 5 article mentioned that the friend of the court brief in the appeal misstated that a member of the public would have to pay $15,000 annually to use the public road the same as the private property owners in the wintertime. In fact, the initial fee is a mere one-time payment of $15,000 with annual dues payable thereafter.
Such a deal! I’m certain every member of the public will be relieved to know that only one payment of $15,000 is required to have...
