Dear Editor:

I don’t believe we’re bad folks. I feel we’re pretty decent caring people that fell in love with a small Colorado mountain town. We moved to Paonia in 2002. We spent many weekends in Ouray, staying at local places including the China Clipper, Box Canyon, Twin Peaks, Ouray Hotel, Beaumont, Victorian, Wiesbaden, St. Elmo, etc. Fine places, but we desired a place of our own, so in 2007 we purchased a home in Ouray. It wasn’t cheap, but it was worth it.
