The city of Ouray has called off tonight’s City Council meeting due to COVID-19.

City Administrator Silas Clarke told the Plaindealer this afternoon he tested positive for the virus this morning. He said he was exposed last week and took a test then, which came back negative. But then he began showing symptoms, including a sore throat and cough, and decided to take another test.
