Last week, Judge Cory Jackson postponed – yet again – at the request of the defense, the trial in the case of defendant John Warren charged with three counts of sexual assault. Disturbingly, this recent continuance came as members of the jury pool were seated in the courtroom preparing for the selection process following the status conference a few days prior during which all parties indicated they were ready to proceed with the trial.
