The Gunnison Watershed School District has released a plan to drop its mask mandate that could make indoor masks voluntary in early 2022, if conditions are met. Developed with Gunnison County Public Health, the “COVID-19 Mask Exit Strategy” lays out six metrics and two factors to be considered in whether the school district continues its requirement that all persons wear masks in buildings.
