Panel OKs Ridgway townhome project

The Ridgway Planning Commission voted Tuesday to recommend approval of six new townhouses on Charles Street after two lengthy discussions about design and density.

The preliminary plat for the RidgSix project will now go to the town council for approval. Mayor Pro Tem Russ Meyer, one of two council members on the Planning Commission, was the lone vote against recommending approval. The other six voted in favor of the application.
