Election Day is on Tuesday, and early ballot returns indicate 841 ballots had been turned in to the county elections office as of Wednesday morning, just over 18% of the total ballots mailed to registered voters. Ballots can be returned to secure drop boxes located in Colona near the welcome sign, in Ouray in front of City Hall, or in Ridgway at the Ouray County 4-H Center fairgrounds.
