Vote yes on 6A to back library
Dear Editor:
Vote yes on 6A and say yes to Ouray Library services. The Ouray Library is asking us to allow it to adjust its mill levy to retain the level of funding it receives.
If Proposition 120 passes in November it would lower property tax rates thus lowering the funding for library districts. The Library is not asking for a tax increase! They are asking us to continue funding their services as we are now.
