Dear Editor:

Let’s be honest. Ouray is a tourist based town. It’s not a mining town, it is a tourist town. People come here to enjoy the scenery, swim, hike, Jeep, rock climb, ice climb (which has been highly advertised). Now we have social media, which is free, and doing much better than the thousands we have spent in the past.
