Business owner wants to diversify council
From the time Josh Smith was rewinding tapes at his parents’ video rental store when he was 12 years old and getting an internship at an architecture firm in high school to owning his own businesses, he’s been known as a hard worker.
And now, he wants to work hard for Ouray.
