4A, 4B sound, responsible investments
Dear Editor:
Local elections are of paramount importance and the Ridgway School District has two very important issues on the upcoming ballot, questions 4A and 4B.
As a teacher and a new Ouray County resident, I support these initiatives because I understand how important local funding is to schools, especially in Colorado where state funding has decreased over the last 12 years.
