In his recent speech before the UN General Assembly, President Biden listed the pandemic and the climate crisis as the top two issues confronting the world. I would go so far as to say the climate crisis tops the pandemic as tragic as the pandemic is. The reason is simple, if we don’t get a handle on the accelerated warming of the climate all life on earth will not survive. The crisis is upon us now in the form of all kinds of natural disasters!
