Let’s focus on issues, not emotions
Dear Editor:
This local election has emotions running high.
One side seems to be campaigning on the issues. The other side is using personal attacks and not stating why they want to be elected other than they don’t like the people on the other side.
Come on, people, Ouray used to be better than that! Talk about the issues and explain to the voters why you want to be elected and what you will do for the city. Voters deserve calm, rational discussions of the issues, not juvenile nitpicking.
