Ouray County commissioners denied another Log Hill marijuana grow facility application on Tuesday, this one an appeal of staff’s denial.

Land Use staff denied the application based on a moratorium on marijuana operations commissioners adopted in late April. The moratorium is set to expire in October, but commissioners plan to extend it so they can rework the marijuana ordinance, a task they have yet to start.
