‘Locker room talk’ from newest Ouray council members needs to stop
Dear Editor:
Having attended nearly every City of Ouray council meeting over the last two years (both in-person and via Zoom), I have noticed a deteriorating of decorum, specifically by the three newest members of the council. The most recent instances at various meetings are:
1. The mayor pro tem using profanity, saying “God damn” during a discussion of an item on the agenda.
