Dear Editor:

While we are both incredibly fortunate to have stable housing today, we have also been directly impacted by the current housing crisis, and as such, our perspectives differ from, say, a second homeowner or recent transplant able to pay top dollar. After thorough consultation with a cross section of our population, the resulting Community Plan clearly identifies attainable housing as a foundational element to our long term sustainability and resiliency.
