Six compete for two council seats

There will be plenty of competition for three seats on the Ouray City Council this fall.

As reported previously, Mayor Greg Nelson will seek re-election facing off against Councilor Ethan Funk for a two-year term.

A total of six people will vie for two councilor seats: Aliyah Field, Heidi Forbes, Tamara Gulde, Jason Perkins, Josh Smith and Heather Toth. They’re seeking to replace Funk and Councilor Glenn Boyd, who decided not to seek re-election.
