Ridgway Town Council and Planning Commission members voiced support for a 12-unit affordable housing development proposed by the Telluride Foundation, the organization’s second attempt this year at a project in town.

CEO Paul Major and Project Coordinator David Bruce pitched their “Yellow Brick Lane” project at a joint meeting of the two boards Aug. 11, asking for feedback on two plans for a one-acre lot northeast of Frederick Street and North Laura Street.
