August 12, 1971 – Robert E. Majors, 31, of Wichita, Kansas, allegedly stole over $600 worth of tools from the Idarado Mining Company where he was employed as a machinist. It is believed he left the state. The Ouray County Sheriff’s Office has asked assistance from the FBI in his apprehension for interstate flight to avoid prosecution for major theft.
