The firm hired by the city of Ouray to assist with the new wastewater treatment plant has also been tapped to help with a new water treatment plant.

The City Council on Monday unanimously agreed to hire Moltz Construction to serve as the construction manager at-risk for the design of the water treatment plant. The city will pay Moltz $14,358 but will receive a $2,349 credit if it chooses Moltz to build the plant itself.
