At the conclusion of a nearly six-hour public hearing, Ouray County commissioners voted 2-1 last week to let a controversial marijuana grow facility on Log Hill remain open. The decision lasts until October, when operators will need to show they’ve come into compliance with various conditions to keep operating, including demands to lessen impacts from the facility on the neighbors.
