Commissioners allow Log Hill marijuana grow facility to stay open
At the conclusion of a nearly six-hour public hearing, Ouray County commissioners on Thursday afternoon voted 2-1 to approve an interim resolution allowing a controversial marijuana grow facility to remain open while the facility’s owners finalize documentation and make efforts to come into compliance with conditions set in March of this year.
Commissioner Jake Niece cast the lone “no” vote. He said he felt the board had already given the applicants reasonable accommodations.
