Dear Editor:

I strongly believe that there should be zero tolerance for people who drive under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, regardless of “who they are.” I also strongly feel that the same zero tolerance should be shown for any sort of domestic abuse.

For DUIs, the driver’s license of the person should be revoked immediately and the person apprehended at the same time. Some sort of monitored training or appropriate civil service should also occur. This would hopefully protect t...
