The city of Ouray may have found the firm to manage the design and construction of its new wastewater treatment facility.

City councilors on Monday unanimously agreed to issue a notice of award to Moltz Construction for the design phase services of the project. The city agreed to pay Moltz $111,270 to complete the design of the new facility, though that cost will drop by $30,000 if the city selects Moltz as the construction manager-at-risk for the construction phase of the project.
