April 15, 1971 – Raymond Young, 21, of Delta was picked up with his brother, Butch Young, 23, by Sheriff Tom Gilmore of Montrose and Sheriff Art Dougherty of Ouray, at Price, Utah. Raymond was arraigned in Ouray County Court Friday on a burglary charge in connection with the Ridgway Garage burglary in March. Butch is being held on a probation violation at Delta.
