County gets green light

State officials moved Ouray County on Wednesday to level green, the least restrictive on the COVID-19 color dial, allowing most businesses and events to operate at full capacity for the first time since last spring.

Under “Dial 3.0,” which started Wednesday, level green allows most businesses to operate at 100 percent of their capacity, including restaurants, retail and outdoor events and services.
