School to install vehicle charging stations

Ridgway Secondary School will soon have two electric vehicle charging stations that can charge four vehicles at once.

The project was spearheaded by the secondary school’s environmental club and their sponsor, technology teacher Jonathan Silvester.

Senior Maisy Gardiner and junior Anna Bartschi presented plans for an Earth Day ribbon cutting ceremony and solar powered parade celebrating the installation of the stations to the School Board March 11.
