Ouray School Superintendent Tod Lokey has proven to be a strong leader during difficult times, after taking charge during a pandemic, according to his first evaluation delivered this week by the school board.

The evaluation, presented after two executive sessions on the subject, was based on goals developed by Lokey and the board soon after he was hired last summer as well as the results of a staff survey, parent survey and “informal opinions gathered by board members.”
