Jury trials in Ouray County will resume in early April as courts partially reopen, Judge Zachary Martin and Court Clerk Jane Holmes told county commissioners on Tuesday.

Commissioners Ben Tisdel and Jake Niece welcomed the news as long as social distancing and mask wearing are enforced, with Tisdel pushing for confirmation that all staff, particularly the bailiff, will be vaccinated.
