County announces six new COVID-19 cases

Six Ouray County residents have tested positive for coronavirus in the last week, bringing the county’s total to 154 cases, Emergency Manager Glenn Boyd said Monday.

Boyd said there is no indication at this time that the new cases, which were reported over the weekend, are related to each other or to an outbreak.

Two of the new cases reported were tested at the Ouray County Public Health Agency: a man in his 40s who was tested on Dec. 21, and a man in his 30s tested on Dec. 23.
