As winter approaches and COVID-19 cases increase, many restaurant owners are hoping for the best while preparing for the worst. Back Country Cafe owner Sideny Bare said running her business in the current conditions has been “rough to say the least.” Bare told the Times the restaurant’s revenues are less than half of what they were at the same time last year.
