Ridgway Community Church is gathering donations for Operation Christmas Child, with a goal of donating supplies to children around the world.

This is national collection week for the donations, distributed through Samaritan’s Purse, an international Christian relief organization.

Anyone who wants to contribute can fill an empty shoe box with school supplies, hygiene items and toys, such as dolls or soccer balls, and clothing for children aged 2 to 4, 5 to 9 or 10 to 14.
