The Ouray County Integrity Project, in ads, mailers, and on Facebook, continues to fearmonger and spread lies about me, trying to paint me as the inventor of Section 9 of the Land Use Code. In fact, Section 9 Visual Impact Regulations were first adopted in 1986 (when I was a teenager).
