Federal agencies investigating fatal crash
Two people are deceased after a plane crash near Telluride today, and federal officials are investigating the incident.
A single-engine Beech S35 Bonanza crashed on the side of a mountain three miles south of Telluride at about 1 p.m. today, according to Federal Aviation Administration spokesman Allen Kenitzer.
San Miguel County officials said there were no survivors of the crash, and their rescue mission turned to a recovery mission this afternoon. They also said the plane was privately owned...
